Every cloud has a breach of privacy concern...
Lloyds has launched a new cyber liability policy for firms using cloud computing services which includes cover for risk of data breach.
Cloud computing is described by Wikipedia as the delivery of computing as a service rather than a product, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers and other devices as a metered service over a network cloud (typically the Internet). Cloud computing is a marketing term for technologies that provide computation, software, data access, and cloud services that do not require end-user knowledge of the physical location and configuration of the cloud that delivers the services.
When a cloud service is adopted, data is effectively 'given away' without even a contractual agreement for protection.
