Every client has a dedicated Account Executive who will visit you at your premises on an agreed schedule. They are backed up in the office by a broker who will handle your day to day work and who in turn has the support of other brokers during peak periods and holidays.
Our team take ownership of the clients they deal with and they will deal with you on all issues concerning your portfolio. This applies particularly to claims. The Account Executive and the broker placed the risk and they will work with you to ensure that the policy responds accordingly when it is called upon.
All client files are regularly reviewed by Directors and senior staff to ensure that our standards are being maintained and improved. The Managing Director is responsible for the overall service that we provide and is always pleased to speak to clients or potential clients on any issue.
